“If you’re looking for a quiet place with two good pools and hot tubs, this is a nice find. Easy enough beach access. Definitely not a party place for spring break. Gated parking was very convenient No bar on site but close enough to walk to several good restaurants, coffee shops and bars. First room had broken blinds and no bedding provided for the foldout bed. No TP is provided if you run out. They were gracious enough to move us to another room, which was much more functional and had a……

“Room was great. I was told to come back at noon for early check in. We just wanted to put bags in room since it was a very hot day. Came back after a late breakfast and then she told me that I had to pay $25 early check in fee. She said she couldn’t waive it because it was a weekend and they were busy. Never more than 8 cars there from Friday until Tuesday. ”

“Mildew smell, threadbare sheets, stained curtains and comforters, springy beds, flickering lights, loud music until 4 am Nextdoor. Went here for spring break and would have had a great time if we had just picked another place to stay, they miscellaneously charged my friends card for a huge sum of money and thought they could get away without us noticing and then didn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Pool and hot tubs and tennis courts are nice enough and the beach isn’t too crowded.……

“Everything was excellent, the only things that were kinda inconvenient were that there was no extra tissue when we ran out and that there’s a lot of noise in the middle of the night and early morning due to being in the middle of the city. Other than that it was excellent. I would definitely go back. ”
