“We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken.
We had two main issues:
Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry……

“Qwerky old stuff abounds. I should have called to let them know I was running. The gentlemen on the phone was very accommodating when I arrived. Only issue was I couldn't find the "lobby" for the continental breakfast, bakery in the market down the street had great cinnamon rolls. Would stay again.”

“This is a budget hotel. It's an aged property. But price is right, and it's only for one night!Lou at the front desk is an angel and she wants to be helpful. She even offered to give me a lift to dinner in town. If you are riding the train and you want to save a few bucks then stay here. There is a new Sinclair convenience store 100 yards away that has great breakfast burritos and good coffee.”
