“The property was as described in the listing. Location was convenient for us and there were several stores and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. We had to rewash most of the pots, pans & utensils before we used them. The sheets in the master bedroom were stained. We did notify them of this and they dropped off a new set of sheets.”

“Loved our stay in Mesa. The condo was vlean and updated. The pool and jacuzzi location was close and very nice. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for something in the metro Phoenix area.”

“Notified ahead of time of codes and other items. We swam in the pool which was nice and pretty much slept at the place as were visiting family every day. Would liked to have directions on the remote for the tv, otherwise everything was good.”

“Visiting for HS graduation and the location and space were perfect. Layout perfect for a single and a couple, with the laundry closet and bathroom separating the rooms. Space is as advertised with all the amenities and pool. Very comfortable and the neighbor (and his dog) are very nice. If I had to give any feedback it would be that it could use a deep cleaning in the bedroom as there were dust balls floating around and Chapstick and candy found on floor by bed. Also, the layout in the 2nd……

“This was a great location for our visit to Mesa to see friends. It was easy to get to all the places we needed to be. The condo was attractive, clean, and we loved being able to walk around the small ponds in the evenings. We have booked it again for our trip to Mesa next year!”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the updated interior of the unit. It was clean, well appointed, and appeared to be recently renovated. The one problem was the outside stairs going up to the unit. There was no railing to hold onto (which makes it treacherous for seniors and carrying luggage up and down), and the stairs were in disrepair, there were stains on the walls that looked as if a dog had urinated next to the upper landing area…a bad first impression and completely out of character for……

“Was a little confusing as to the exact address (unit number) and once we got a hold of the host we were able to find the condo. Quiet comfortable condo. Could have had some extras as in dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and perhaps an electric kettle but made due. Host provided us with a bottle of champagne and several treats so this was a bonus.”

“We really enjoyed our stay although the driving distance from our kids/grandkids is not ideal for us, but we wish it were. The rental was very clean, light & airy, as though it had been recently updated. All appliances seemed to be brand new. Communication with Cassidy, the Concierge was excellent and she was very responsive.”

“Stayed one night and left. Unit has three levels, no bathroom on main level, stairs are difficult for seniors. Step between dining and living room is difficult to see, tripped and fell 3 times. Advertised as having parking in the garage, but garage was locked and no key or garage door opener provided. Outside trash can was full to overflowing, bad smell and many flying insects - no instructions as to pick-up day. Fortunately saw other residences with trash out and took the can out to the……

“We had a difficult time communicating with how to enter the property once we got there. That caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Then, two of the rooms say they have beds large enough for two adults. That’s not accurate. One is a bunk bed that is not comfortable and one room is a small double bed. My 6’3” son slept on the 5” couch every night as a result. Would be comfy for one adult couple with kids.”
