The bathroom was unsanitary, and the plumbing under the sink was exposed, broken, duct-taped, and leaking water onto the floor, creating a safety hazard. Due to these conditions, we did not stay and left immediately after notifying the front desk. We were told a refund would not be issued, despite the room being unsafe and clearly not as advertised. Expedia also declined to take accountability. Even with photo documentation and a formal request, they stated they could not issue a refund without hotel approval. I strongly recommend choosing a different property and booking platform that prioritizes customer safety and basic cleanliness standards."
