“The host was great. Every time I had a question she was very cordial and prompt to answer. The cottage was very clean and adequate for a nice stay. Our only issue was that on vrbo the place is listed as "on the water". It was only about a mile from the lake but not on. In defense of the host, she did mention that that's where vrbo placed them on the map, so they really can't be blamed for that.”

“We weren't allowed to stay. The host tried to send us the check in instructions which we never received on our end. We got to the guest house and through the help of other guests who are staying in a different building but on the same property. They helped us get the phone number while we called and text while we were on the property. No response to any of the communication we treir to get a hold of someone and tried to let them we didn't get any instructions on my end. Yet no one responded...
