“Unsatisfactory Stay Due to Management, Service, and Maintenance Deficiencies My overall experience at this property was highly disappointing. The leadership from the General Manager was entirely unprofessional, and the majority of the staff members exhibited a consistently rude demeanor. The sole exception to this poor service was two female employees who were notably pleasant and professional. Furthermore, the property suffers from significant operational oversights. There is a distinct lack of……

“The unit was so clean and tidy it was a pleasure to stay there. The hosts left many options for entertainment and a guide book if you wanted to check out town. The location was extremely quiet which was nice. The yard looked like a nice place to hang out, but we just happened to show up on the hottest day of the summer. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a great place. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown, easy to get to, parking was fine (just out front on the street). It’s a nice apt - beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of space and everything we needed. My adult son (student at UI) was on the pull out couch multiple nights and he said it was very comfortable (unlike the sofa beds at so many other places). Bathroom was very big. Owner was in communication to be sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy - and gettin……
