“The location was convenient. The team there was nice and the room was as expected.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable, except that there was no body wash in the shower and there were only two bath towels in the room. The staff was fast to respond when I reported the issue and responded with extra towels and body wash. The breakfast was hot and fresh, but wish they had other options for milk other than just 2% as some people cannot have regular milk. The air conditioning was not great, it was either too hot or too cold in the room, and the rest of the building was hot……

“Staff were very welcoming, we arrived a little early and the staff accommodate us the best they could and they did! Rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was perfect since were there in town for a soccer tournament.”

“This property has a great location if you need to be in the west end of Richmond. I chose it based on that and the price. It was just bought by a new ownership and boy this property needs a lot of work. You notice things like damage to the wood in the elevator, hallways, entry doors. Missing wallpaper everywhere. An empty “pantry” area at check-in where you normally find snacks and drink. A lot of potential but it will take a while to get there.”
