“Clean nice place!”

“Lovely space with access to laundry in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Walking distance to activities and restaurants. Parking space available, however we never needed it since street parking was plentiful. We look forward to our next visit.”

“My friends and I were thrilled with this beautiful, remodeled property. It was in pristine condition, comfortably appointed, within walking distance of the beach/harbor/Stearns Wharf, and included free off-street parking. We appreciated that zip bags and food storage containers were offered in the kitchen; these are a rarity in vacation rentals. Unfortunately, it was unusually hot (for Santa Barbara) during our stay, but the unit did cool down sufficiently at night with the windows open.”

“Amazingly clean and equipped.”

“Excellent pet friendly home in SB, great walking distance to local attractions, shopping and restaurants. House has an amazing kitchen, very comfortable to prepare home cooked meals with all the fresh ingredients from the local Farmers Market. We were able to enjoy around a nice big solid dining table. The patios are lovely and very private for early coffee or evening sun.I enjoyed having real furniture, furniture that didn't feel like it was just about ready to break because it's so cheaply……

“We were very comfortable here for 30 days in the Summer. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the spacious accommodations and comfy king bed. Would definitely return again.”

“Great location. Perfect for beach access and local restaurants”

“This was our home away from home for 6 weeks and it couldn't have been better - the nicest VRBO of the 10+ we've stayed at over the years. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated with attention to every detail, top of the line appliances, ten minute walk to State Street, 25 min walk to Stearns Wharf, and similarly short walks to virtually everything - so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, farmers market etc. I worked remotely and the office space was perfect. We would definitely……

“Managed by a professional team who were very efficient and personable ”

“This property was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. We stayed for a month and found the location to be fantastic....restaurants and shopping all within walking distance and about 1 1/4 mile from the beach. The owner of the property is easy to communicate with and very generous as she left a bottle of wine, some snacks snd ground coffee for us. The only issue we had was that we were not aware that there were steps in the condo as the photos did not show it and there was no……

“We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The decor is very well done and I loved the live plants. We tried to take very good care of everything. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and towels are very nice. The location is unbeatable, easy to walk everywhere! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.”

“Clean bright well stocked unit in ideal location for enjoying Santa Barbara. Walk to almost everywhere and plenty of restaurants easily accessible. The unit is also quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. We will stay here again I am sure. And the communication from the host is a plus as well.”

“Right downtown with dozens of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking space and elevators to the second level are big pluses. Nice kitchen with professional grade stove. Good lighting from many windows. Two excellent bathrooms. The large walk in shower was perfect for me. The staff are always available to answer questions. The hospitality was great. Thank you.”

“This property was a solid 9. The location was GREAT (beach and shops all within walking distance) It was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds and linens were very good. Bathrooms badly needed upgrading (sink leaked, shower faucets old) The stove, oven and refrigerator worked fine and were clean. Parking was difficult to locate but once you knew where it was it was great. The pool and hot tub as lovely. Here is why the property is not at 10. 1) Nowhere does it tell you……
