“The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!”

“We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.”

“Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach.……

“Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more.”

“Best: Three and a half baths — so nice for 3 bedrooms, and no fighting for space; also, the price was right. Could be improved: the elevator from garage to condo was not working, the light in that stairwell was out, and heavy rain produced a ceiling leak, but nothing that couldn’t wait until after check out. All bedrooms are up stairs. The rooftop was nothing special, but a place for fresh air. The house was conveniently located near the studios and cemetaries.”
