“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. “We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,……

Easy to get into and had I was able to park right out front on the street. Very clean and quiet area. Love the small privacy patio! Had K-cups, soda, water, and snacks which I did take advantage of so appreciate that. My dog and I enjoyed our stay here and will gladly stay here if we visit again!”

It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. The building decor was stylish and also had good security features to feel completely safe. Our rental came with a designated parking spot in the protected basement garage. “This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very bright and sunny with three balconies, all with amazing views of Laurel Canyon. We loved having coffee on the balcony off the living room, and the back garden is very peaceful with very nice and comfortable furniture. ”

Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.”
