“We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,……

“Location was excelent and the place was also nice. Our only issue was with the person staying above us. They were making noise all night and making it difficult to get a full nights rest.”

“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. Some items seemed used by previous guests and not replaced. The bathroom is outdated, no lock either. Overall, location is great, it's……

“Stayed the weekend here and very happy with choosing this place. Host was quick to message to me after I booked room and got me all the details needed. Easy to get into and had I was able to park right out front on the street. Very clean and quiet area. Love the small privacy patio! Had K-cups, soda, water, and snacks which I did take advantage of so appreciate that. My dog and I enjoyed our stay here and will gladly stay here if we visit again!”

“Great location for walking around the stars and other Hollywood sights. Comfortable beds. Good communication with owner. The apartment building itself is a little sketchy and there was garbage and broken furniture everywhere on the curb right outside the front gate, not the owners fault, just not pleasant. Quieter than expected. We were in and out in one night but it seemed really well appointed for a longer stay.”

“Clean rooms, great host. The bathrooms are cute. The area is a bit busy with traffic, but once your in the condo you cannot hear anything. Access was a bit difficult to get in through front gate, but the host was real quick to respond and fix the issue. A lot of restaurants near by. I would rent again. ”
