“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. Some items seemed used by previous guests and not replaced. The bathroom is outdated, no lock either. Overall, location is great, it's……

“We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,……

“The host communicated well and responded quickly when I asked questions. The VRBO was clean and the parking garage was excellent for an additional cost. The areas of concern were the following:1. Window blinds broken or missing.2. Smoke alarm missing battery.3. Broken towel/toilet paper holders.4. Missing light bulbs.5. Daily strong smell of “unknown substance””

“Stayed the weekend here and very happy with choosing this place. Host was quick to message to me after I booked room and got me all the details needed. Easy to get into and had I was able to park right out front on the street. Very clean and quiet area. Love the small privacy patio! Had K-cups, soda, water, and snacks which I did take advantage of so appreciate that. My dog and I enjoyed our stay here and will gladly stay here if we visit again!”

“Excellent, roomy property in a central location that makes it easy to enjoy Hollywood, Museum Row, and other great spots. It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. The building decor was stylish and also had good security features to feel completely safe. Our rental came with a designated parking spot in the protected basement garage. There are coffee shops and retailers……

“We Had to call the host several times. 1. To get the access code. 2. To get the WiFi username and password. 3. to get power to the dishwasher. 4 to tell host that maintenance man was wrong about dishwasher needing replacement and that dishwasher could get power by unplugging garbage disposal and plugging in dishwasher. 5. On our last evening there the door access code no longer worked and we needed to get the backup access code.”

“This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very bright and sunny with three balconies, all with amazing views of Laurel Canyon. We loved having coffee on the balcony off the living room, and the back garden is very peaceful with very nice and comfortable furniture. ”
