“The house was as pictured; quaint, cozy, and fit 8 well. Backyard was good for our dog who had plenty of space to roam. Agree with other guest review that the house is in an iffy neighborhood; we’d see homeless people walking by and odd characters outside occasionally or hear sirens late at night, definitely not an area I’d recommend walking to anything local outside even though there are lots of food and stores close by. I also had to initiate messages for check in and check out instructions on……

“Property was nice. Would like to of seen more comfortable seating but overall great. I would add in the check in that you will need to enter through the fence . it was little confusing especially at night. Great place though! Neighborhood was darling. ”

However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing……

“This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! ”
