“Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach.……

“The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room……

“We had a very enjoyable time and would stay there again if we needed a location in downtown Woodland Hills/LA area.The owner/manager kept contact via texting. Comfortably the five bedrooms sleeps up to 9 adults in beds, one bedroom has 2 twins another 1 twin. Three full bathrooms and one additional toilet room on the first floor was EXTREMELY helpful. Almost as if we each had separate hotel rooms but in a much cozier environment. We brought in our own pac n play.The jacuzzi has an added daily……

“The photos of the listing are a little deceiving. The house does not look like the photos. Some of the ceiling and walls were peeling. It is an older home and it had a strong odor as if he hadn’t been cleaned. A couple of pillows and blankets had stains as if they hadn’t been washed. There was a very large hair ball found on the wall of the shower. The host apologized about the incident. Also the shower down stairs did not drain properly therefore when you took a shower, it was like you were……

“The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!”
