“We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!”

“Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.”

“Fernanda was an amazing host and her place was so comfortable to stay in. I had the best sleep and rest there because the mattress was extremely comfortable. She has a fully functioning kitchen where you can cook and also modern fittings in the bathroom as well. Will definitely be back here!”

Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. It was unforgettable memory of enjoying exclusive and hidden privileged beauty and nature of California.”

The thoughtfulness of providing groceries on arrival sets this property, and specifically its owners, apart from other rentals. “Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more.”

“Megan's property was perfect for my mom and I to come out to visit family for the weekend. It was easy to find with the directions that she provided, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again and hopefully meeting some of the chickens next time 😊”

“This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well.”

“I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! ”

“We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.”
