You will fall in love with this immaculate home with three private bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is in a quiet, gated community with gorgeous clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts and backs up to a quiet cypress grove. As you enter the front door you enter the main entertainment area of the house with wood floors and coffered ceilings. The open concept first floor makes entertaining simple. Stainless steel appliances accent the gourmet kitchen with seating for four. Your dining room flows right off of the kitchen and has seating for and additional six people. Enjoy watching the flat screen TV in your comfortable living room with gas fireplace or enjoy refreshments in the first floor screened in porch. The first floor also has a second primary bedroom, en suite bathroom, and a TV. The main primary bedroom is located on the second floor. Your spacious bedroom includes a King bed, TV, coffered ceilings and beautiful gas fireplace. Want to relax in the trees? Enjoy relaxing on the second floor screened in porch located directly off the master bedroom. The master bath has two sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The second floor has a third bedroom that sleeps four (one Queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds) and has its own private bathroom and TV located in the room. A full size washer and dryer are also located on the second floor for your convenience. We provide complimentary high-speed internet if you do have to work or study remotely during your stay. We also have a wifi printer in the master bedroom. In the back yard, we provide a propane gas BBQ grill and grilling tools for your cooking enjoyment. We do ask that, if you do use the grill, you please clean the grill for the next guest prior to your departure. Thank you for doing this for those that come after you, just as it was done for you before your arrival. We provide six beautiful Priority Coast cruiser bikes with baskets that are included with the house (save a lot of money by not having to rent bikes!). You'll get the code to the bike locks once you book. The bikes are on a rack in the front of the house. New for November 2025, we also have a brand new street legal, six person electric golf cart that you can rent for only $100/day for 6-7 day stays or $1,200/month for 30-31 day stays. It’s got lights, sound system, premium seating, and a fold down back seat that is perfect for hauling the beach chairs, umbrellas, and your cooler (all of which we provide) to the beach - 5 mins away! We also provide six beach chairs and three beach umbrellas included with the beach house. The closest beach access is Stallworth Lake (no toilets/showers), and the next closest (with toilets/showers) is Walton Beach Access, which is just a 5 minute drive (your car or our optional golf cart) from the house. You're just minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Cypress Dunes and its surroundings areas are perfect to explore on a bike. Miles of paved trails along the beaches of South Walton are ideal for biking during your visit to Cypress Dunes. There are over 18 miles of scenic 30-A bike trails that wind through the area’s coastal dune lakes and villages. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are about a 12 minute walk, 5 minute drive/cart ride, or 8 minute bicycle ride to public access (Dune Allen Beach Access) with free parking, public bathrooms and showers and life guards on duty March thru September. The Cypress Dunes Amenity Center offers an infinity edged swimming pool (heated in the winter!), jetted spa, outdoor fireplace, homeowner clubhouse, fitness center, & a second level sunset deck where incredible views of the Coastal Dunes Lake & the Gulf of America are always found. Cypress Dunes community also features a recreational lawn area & tennis courts (we provide four tennis rackets and tennis balls). Take a stroll along the wooden boardwalk & you could catch a glimpse of some of the wildlife that is native to our area. Connecting to Phase II of Cypress Dunes, this rustic walking path takes you above the Cypress pond, where you’ll find another resort style swimming pool with a cascading waterfall. NOTE: RVs and trailers are not allowed in the community. DO NOT bring an RV or a trailer into Cypress Dunes- there is a $200/day fine if you do so. The neighborhood is perfect for strolling, the pool is spacious and private with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean with plenty of space and very clean bathrooms. The gym was small but had everything you need. Peter was super helpful and responsive to any question we had. The golf cart really came in handy for getting to and from the beach and getting to places that were close. Home is beautiful with a well stocked Kitchen. Enjoyed being able to take our Springer Spaniel, and the Neighborhood is great for early morning walks. We really enjoyed the Neighborhood Clubhouse and quiet Infinity pool and swam everyday. Quick 5 minute walk. Several Beach accesses about 5 minute drive away. We tried several, rented an Umbrella/ Chairs further up the Beach one day, most days we took Chairs and Umbrella from the Property to a closer access. Host Peter was very quick to respond to any questions, much appreciated. It’s probably one of the first times that we’ve stayed at a VRBO property where there wasn’t anything that we needed that we didn’t have. The kitchen was stocked with spices, every type of cooking device and utensil or bowl that you would ever need. All things beach also - beach towels, beach chairs and toys it was perfect! Peter was VERY responsive, and nice-we had a minor issue that he handled immediately. The house is very well appointed, and the pool area was beautiful and not crowded in the least. The neighbors were friendly, and it made for enjoyable daily walks with our dog. Realistically, it's easier to drive to the beach, but it's a two-minute drive with zero parking issues. All the furnishings and amenities you'd expect in a million-dollar home, not a rental property. This includes bikes for the whole family, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the home is a few minute walk to the pool and fitness center. The fitness center is very good, with 5 pieces of quality cardio equipment, dumbbells up to 50 lbs, a Smith machine, pullup/dip station, TRX bands, physio balls, and a few pieces of resistance exercise equipment. It's slightly more than a mile from the home to the nearest beach parking lot, with a paved bike path the entire way. Very easy drive or bike ride. There are restaurants within a mile of the property and many more along 30A. Peter, the host, is as responsive as you can ask for and on top of everything. Peter’s house was great and was exactly as described in the listing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and much more. The neighborhood was great. We met some neighbors at the pool and on walks and everyone was soo nice. We drove to the beach but it wasn’t a big deal. It was close to the house. Lots to see and do along 30A! The access to the beach is 1.3 miles away and the walk to the 2 pools is too FAR. A golfcart for the price of the rental with 0 access to the beach would have been perfect. You must have a car to get to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas are on the back porch. You cannot carry those to the beach on a bike or walk. It’s way too far and I exercise daily. The house is fantastic and the neighborhood is fantastic. It’s just far from the beach and pools. Peter is helpful and attentive. It was amazing! Very clean and smelled great when we walked in. The owner, Peter was incredibly responsive and super helpful. The pool and gym are a minute walk from the property that we enjoyed many times. We rented a golf cart making the travel to the beach a breeze. All of the beds are comfortable and the house is very well appointed. Gorgeous infinity pool that was never crowded (and we were there over the 4th!). Beach an easy park/drive away (2 minutes). Owner was very responsive and on top of everything. Everything was just like it said but better. We love that area of Florida but our first time staying at Cypress Dunes. It was equipped with everything you could need. The property was absolutely beautiful! We rented a golf cart and it was perfect to get around and take to beach. Very convenient location. Peter was wonderful to work with. We cannot wait to go back. Extremely responsive which I very much do appreciate! The home is absolutely beautiful! Had everything we needed and more! So many little details and extras that I am not used to with other rentals! The neighborhood is beautiful as well and easily walkable. There is some construction still going on. The main pool is beautiful and never too crowded! The absolute only negative is that there is no way to get to the beach directly from the neighborhood. Have to drive down to public beach access. This property was very clean and absolutely beautiful. We arrived late evening and getting into the property was hassle free. Travelled with kids and they enjoyed having bikes and a stunning pool seconds away. I recommend this property for anyone looking for peace and quiet but also wanna have fun. All the laminated signs on the the bed, couch, knife set and beach towel basket with instructions on how to use and the fees that would be charged did make the stay a little uncomfortable. I feel like if the laminated signs were not all over the house it would feel more welcoming and would have been able to enjoy the stay more.
