“Excellent stay at Conrad for 3 nights. Quite busy during this time of the year as expected. Overall, the staff was great apart from few areas that requires some improvement - we requested for our infants milk bottles to be cleaned but they were returned after being cleaned twice on two separate occasions with milk stains & foul smell. Hope, Conrad can make it more baby-friendly. The breakfast was good, could’ve been better if they have a dedicated staff member signposting different options at……
