“This was one of best hotel while in Istanbul and I stayed at 3, it was very clean and the staff was amazing. It walkable distance to everything. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to shop and explore. I will definitely stay again”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the……

“房間的海景如官方照片一樣, 能俯瞰舊幫城區與金角灣的風光，有得很大的枱面空間和有晾掛方衣服的地方，衣服能曬太陽。洗手間的門有些難關；整潔度尚可,沒有異味；床鋪的皮料摸起來舒服, 但略嫌打掃得不夠乾淨，找到兩粒疑似蟲蟲的東東, 噴了殺蟎噴霧後沒發現更多。從電車站去酒店的路有些難行，走的時候用了酒店的租車服務, 建議使用酒店的租車服務，車輛準時寬敞舒適, 只用了40分鐘就能到達機場”

“This was a great place to stay in Istanbul for a reasonable price. The area is very walkable. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and have everything you need. Air conditioning works very well. Stayed here for multiple nights before and after an Intrepid tour.”
