“Clean rooms, good Breakfast, very close to Galata tower and Istiklal streets. Beautiful terrace and rooftop restaurant with views of Galata tower. Gets noisy at night since you are on a Main Street and the streets are hilly around this area. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I want the rooftop views at night of coastline and Galata tower.”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

The spa was great. Everything was great. The only thing is breakfast is repeated the same every day for a long stay you kind want some variation on the breakfast where you want new items or types of food?”

“Chambre pratique Grande et baie vitrée la rendant très lumineuse Mais odeur de tabac Rideaux laissant entrer la lumière et donc un réveil matinal , dommage pour les vacances Petit déjeuner top Incident avec le taxi au départ: appelé par le concierge à la sortie , à la station juste en face Son « pote » n’a pas voulu mettre le compteur et voulait imposer son tarif à 3000 TL . Soit quasiment le double de ce qui est normalement pratiqué (j’ai payé 1800 ). J’ai du m’agacer pour qu’il me rende……
