“I was not happy with coordination with hotel regarding checking and hotel transfer from airport. We arrived with two separate flights and although they asked all the information they did not provide a ride to hotel and also they didn’t let the first group to check in before I arrived. They kept them in the lobby for several hours. The location of the hotel was excellent. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The shower drainage was not very good. The quality of breakfast and service was not good……

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

Great location, right at the start of the bridge that takes you over to Old Town. Got a bit noisy one night, and the shower has mould in the corners, but otherwise a fabulous stay”

Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from……
