“Great place and beautiful property with mountains, woods and a river. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly. All in all a nice family getaway. ”

“We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢”

“We stayed at this beautiful log cabin tucked away in the woods, and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like home, with plenty of room for everyone. The front porch swing was such a nice touch, and the back porch was amazing, the perfect place to sit and relax while listening to the peaceful sound of the stream behind the cabin.We were in town for our daughter’s cheer competition in Johnstown, about a 20-minute drive, and it was completely worth it. “We didn't get to see any animals during our 9 day stay. A limb went through the roof and it rained and was damp and had a mildew smell so we were put in a nice cabin for the first night while they fixed it. The next day we moved into the cabin. It smelled nice. After 3 days the mildew smell came back. The cleaning crew failed to clean behind the sofa and nightstands but the rest was visually appealing. I think maybe due to the limb coming through the roof during a storm, it might be a good idea……

“I am familiar with the area, I went to this location because I know people who live nearby. The long and steep driveway might be odd for newcomers, but access is still easy. There was plenty of parking. Clean and roomy lobby. The dining/breakfast area is down some stairs, but there was ramp access off one side. Elevator was roomy, doorways wide, beds comfortable. The only thing that was weird was when I booked the room, the listing said it slept 5. Only 2 double beds, with a bench and a chair -……
