“Check in was quick and painless. The property was beautiful. If traveling with children.. they have games available. Limited/No plastic plates and cups so bring your own. The house was so clean and cozy and quiet. There is a basketball goal but the ball was flat (no biggie). It was close to all the things but far enough to feel country and secluded. “We stayed at the Bird House for my daughter graduation weekend from Texas State University. Great location - peaceful vibe in the pecan trees, yet just 12 minutes from TXST campus. House is cute and has everything we needed (except dishwasher!!). We enjoyed swinging in the porch hammocks, walking the property, and lounging indoors. Definitely a great getaway! ”
