"Air conditioning doesn’t really work (requested repair and not much better) and only in April. Would be unpleasant any hotter. Toilet seat also broken and wasn’t fixed upon request. Hotel cheaply appointed and maintained. Feels like it needs a ground up refurbishment. Very expensive for what feels like a mediocre 2\* experience. Baby changing mat on wall in corridor on way to main lobby bathrooms also very strange. Staff friendly. "

"Very helpful staff when we had a few issues that needed attention - very quickly service. Check in was very quick eventhough the email advertising touts that if you fill out certain info ahead of time ( which we did) we could just "pick up the keys" which in fact is not entirely true since you still have to again give your passport and your credit card and some personal info. The food at brfst buffet was fabulous and so was food at Mafia next door ( not sure if its associated with the hotel)"
