“The front desk person greeted us with a mouthful of food. After checking us in, she said, “Here’s your keys”, with no mention of any information about the hotel - nothing about the amenities or when breakfast would be served. The room offered shampoo and shower gel, both bottles of which were empty, but no conditioner. The bed looked like my seven year-old grandson made it. I was understanding that coffee was not offered in the room, but there were no cups at all. The breakfast food, utensils,……

“Plenty of parking! Very clean room, In house free breakfast, (with just about any choice you could imagine!) Excellent! The staff must have been great but I have no personal contacts to refer to in this case! I didn't need a thing!”

They did, however, give us the wrong room key when we checked in and walked in on someone else's room. Forturnately, the guests were not in the room. But, that did give cause for concern. They were very apologetic for the error. Just something worth noting.”

“The room was comfortable the bed was nice. The common areas could be cleaner. The hallway carpet had paint stains on it. There were ants on the garbage can in the dining area. When we were there both elevators were not working. The front desk agent did not even bother to apologize for it and put us on the third floor even though she can clearly see we had two large suitcases with us. It was not fixed while we were there so we had to lug them up and down the stairs. In the morning when we……

“We had issues with our reservation with Expedia and the lady at the front desk was DELIGHTFUL and so helpful! And the next morning, the sweet lady who put out breakfast brought in home made goodies! Would totally stay there again..”
