"The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property. "Campground with well spaced sites and well maintained campers. About 30 minutes to PA elk locations and 2 interesting state parks. Hosts are wonderful; we are confident that they truly cared about your stay. Communication was great. Camper was clean and well appointed. Water pressure was low but who camps to shower? Not us!
