“We had a great stay - everything was perfect. The laundry was super helpful with small kids. We also loved having the beach chairs, shade, and other beach essentials provided so we didn’t have to pack all of that. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Wayne was super responsive and gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and vry close to the beach. However, the apartment needed a great deal of work. 1) The air conditioner is on its last leg. The apartment was so humid that my metal head band rusted and I noticed that other things in the apartment were rusted. Everything was wet feeling and bathing suits wouldn't dry. 2) The mold in the wainscot in the shower has black mold which every dangerous. “I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.”

“My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol.
