You'll be situated on a quiet, palm-tree-lined street but still less than a half-mile from the Sunshine State's famed beaches. This extra-large one-bedroom has been completely updated for your comfort and is within 350 feet of premier snorkeling and scuba diving at Lake Worth Lagoon - come for the fish, but stay for the sunsets! Numerous golf courses are just a short drive away, along with an array of watersports and even Margaritaville. Enjoy the tropical atmosphere inside the home and admire the greenery through three window walls in the sunroom adjacent to the bedroom. Budget-conscious guests will appreciate having a full eat-in kitchen with an open layout and stainless steel appliances. If you feel like an alfresco meal, head to the table in the shared grassy courtyard, where you can appreciate the garden and trees for shade. You can also utilize the shared charcoal grill to barbecue your entree of choice. After a satisfying meal, unwind in the comfortable chairs and loungers, or head to your private patio for a cat nap. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own accounts. This home is equipped with a full kitchen without a dishwasher. This vacation rental is suitable for children and the elderly; wheelchair width precludes their use within the condos. Beach gear, such as sun umbrellas, is available for rent at nearby Riviera Beach Park. Events, parties, and large gatherings of non-residents are prohibited. This property is managed by Vacasa Florida LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
