“Dover House exceeded our expectations! We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine and include grills and picnic tables for guest use. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to borrow. The unit was larger than expected, spotless and new-looking. All around a great……

“Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and……

“This was the perfect house in a quiet neighborhood. John and Stephanie were wonderful and very up front and communicative during our visit!”

“We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!”

“The property was nice and neat. However it was a bit small for me and my son. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable with a very poor mattress. However, the apartment would be ideal and good value for a single person or couple. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of great walking along the water front and of restaurants near by. Also the host was very easy to work with and came back to us very quickly on questions or requests.”

“We stayed for a long weekend for my bachelorette and it was perfect!! Wonderful house and trip. We immediately lost the keys and the host was so responsive and accommodating. Just note the double futons are 2 couches that do not pull out, unless we just missed something :)”
