“Nowhere to put clothes had to live out of my suitcase. Room had coffee maker,toaster,and microwave ut NO PLACE OR OUTLETS TO PLUG IN..Had to get extension cord to use and trip over it thru out stay. There was some sketchy guest. Could smell pot in am..I know pot is legal in Fla.but not at motel/hotel/Inn. Only had 4 bath towels..no hand towels or washcloths in room. Burners on stove covered in grease and smoked heavily when turned on. All silverware nasty and unclean. Shower curtain has mold at……

“There needs to be tow signs people in the next building take our parking spots. You’re the only one that doesn’t. Patio needs to be trimmed back. Too many trees getting big turning everything black. Back light is hanging by a wire. Other than that we loved our stay have booked next year.”

“Great unit on the best property on Singer Island. My family wanted a brief getaway during Spring Break and booked this trip. We have stayed at the property before, but not the unit. Was a great stay and the bedding, furniture, kitchen were all in good condition. Will visit again next time down to the beach!”

“Like another reviewer mentioned, this property is part of a motel - comparable to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. The unit smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the smell lingered, even after using the air purifier in the closet. There were several dead roaches on the floor, as well as many live ones. The longer we were there, the more we saw, both dead and alive. It got so bad we cancelled our reservation after about an hour and……
