“Great stay”

“It was a great trip for my family, me, my wife, 2 young 20 year old sons and our 2 dogs. Parking was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us. Great location able to walk to restaurants. Also very clean. Thanks and would stay again.”

“The location is in a quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and to downtown Bristol in the mornings. The town is small with a few quaint shops and great bakeries. Location is great if you want to visit Providence, Newport, and Boston. Beds were comfortable and the unit is clean and well stocked. There were even a few treats left out for us which was a fun surprise.”

“This property was convenient and comfortable, with sheltered parking (perfect, because it rained while I was in town), high ceilings, spacious rooms, and cozy bedding. The location was perfect, with great access to the historic Federal Hill neighborhood and its eclectic mix of restaurants and shops. “This little apt was perfect for us. We were just two people so more bedrooms than we needed but the space overall was great. The location is great for walking to morning coffee and taking our small pups for walks in the park just a couple of minutes' walk from the apt. Everything was clean and well organized. The kitchen was stocked with everything one needs for cooking. Karen was great with communication and very pleasant to interact with. We would definitely recommend this spot and would stay……

“This 2 bedroom space seems to have been recently updated and we found it very comfortable! It has huge TVs in every room with a large eat-in kitchen. I didn’t realize that it was on the second floor which was difficult for my husband, who uses a cane, to get up and down the stairs. If I had known, I probably would have chosen another place for our visit simply to make it more convenient for his needs. But the apartment was very nice and I’d be very happy to rent this place again under different……

“A quaint cottage in Bristol. Within walking distance to everything we needed for a weekend wedding at Linden Place. Updated for creature comfort yet true to the historic nature of the property. Our host was available at all times. The battery in the tv remote died and he got new batteries pdq.”

“The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back.”

It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking. Very modern and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Providence and 45 minutes to Bristol, RI. Residential area but there is a good restaurant just three minutes from the house as well. “Recommend upgrading towels, fire pit in backyard installed and replace pots and pans (stainless steel is the way to go) and replace the cookie sheet. Need more forks. Beautiful place and convenient! Reasonably priced and Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!”
