I wish I could remember her name but the front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. After a really long day of car issues and disappointment, it was really nice getting checked in by her.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Underwood-Hale House. Beautiful historic charm with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully maintained. The location near College Hill and Brown University was perfect.
