“Nice clean condo with a fairly convoluted check-in. Follow the provided instructions exactly! Also, you can't park at the building, you have to find your own parking. The garage suggestions on the listing can't be used - the bank garage is for bank employees and monthly tenants, the library garage is not open 24/7. Spring 2024, construction of some sort is being done on the building, beware you may experience a planned power outage. We were not warned in advance, our first night had an outage……

The hospitality was great and they were so kind and assured if anything happens they would get us to their storm shelter. I felt very valued and our wellbeing was a top concern. Highly recommend.”

“We came to Kansas City to spend Mother's Day with our children *who live there). The location of the rental fit in to our plans perfectly. It was much bigger than expected, and very clean. We had a slight issue with the keypad when we arrived, but we were able to get in contact with Olivia immediately and it was a very quick fix! We frequently go to KC to see our kids and will be trying to stay here again as often as it is available. I highly recommend this property!”

The snag was that the only piece of furniture to sit on in the living room was a futon that was very uncomfortable and low to the ground. An older or heavier person would be unable to get up from it. The chairs in the kitchen were quite small and also uncomfortable.”
