“Photos of apartment were misrepresented on Expedia. Bedroom rug dirty. Everything was outdated. Terrible scent with plugins covering the musty odor. No communication was received until I had to contact host to get address and key code when we arrived. Tried to reach out to host regarding a partial refund because of Hurricane Helene hitting Atlanta and Florida but said we had to cancel prior to checkin Date. Tell me how that is possible when hurricane took a turn so no way to cancel before end……

“My husband and I wanted a place to just go and relax for a day from everything and everybody. This was the perfect place for us. We just enjoyed the quiet time but mostly the loft.
