“Todo bien y excelente”

“The service was excellent.”

“There was very little parking and a fly trap in the window. People walking all around! Police was there for a bit!”

“Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.”

“Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all. “The staff was extremely nice bt the cleanliness of the room was horrible we stayed 2 days housekeeping was offered the next day at a decent time bt we respectfully declined”

“The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property.”
