“Yeah, there’s the much talked about issues with the elevators and if you have a car, the valet parking is free, just plan on extra time coming into and out of that service. Our room was very nice, just as described. Beds were more on the full side than the queen side. Location to the beach and other amenities made it a great place to stay. ”

“Beachfront and views, bedding good.. kitchen was stocked. Patio furniture was in good shape Coffee pot was dirty. Could use a deep cleaning. One of the shades worked. Toaster was broken. The entry door needs to be replaced! It was just a beat up Miami Beach rental ”

“While the property was beautiful the unit was full of mold. So badley we had to sleep with the doors and windows open. I was so worried we would get sick . The property was beautiful. The pool, shops, restaurants on the property was awesome but the smell, the broken dryer that some how made my clothes more wet , the broken closet doors, and mold growing in the bathroom were horrible. ”

“Parking instructions were ambiguous and not helpful and I emailed about it twice and got form slip replies that were equally unhelpful. They did not email back in timely manner. It is not steps from the beach, you cannot see the beach from our room. The bed was comfy. ”

“ Close to several shops for food and other needed items. Also pretty close to the beach. ”

“Host was responsive - we had some issues in the beginning with parking and cleaning staff was not yet finished, but Nicholas was able to help us resolve it. Overall it's a clean and adequately supplied rental. We really liked the location (just steps from the beach), and having parking which is definitely a plus for this area. Great rental for the price. A few small touches could make it even better.”
