Search and Rent Southwest Ranches Condos

Very convenient and clean. What stood out was the amazing service provided by Franko the property manager. He was extremely accommodating and responded to requests and queries promptly. Highly recommended!

Great location & communication, clean, and well appointed. I will definitely book here again!

I loved the attention to detail from the dishes, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, toiletries etc. It felt like home away from home. I also fell in love with the balcony overlooking the beach. I will most definitely be back.

Was perfect

This place was clean and really nice! Very central and close to the beach.

Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...

We really enjoyed our stay and had prompt service for any problems we had like our air conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms stayed cool. Comfortable beds and great beach service with comfortable lounge chairs. The only difficult time was with the concierge woman who was rude and hurtful with her comments about me not having a significant other and not allowed to participate in the offers I was told prior to staying that I would receive.

The property is good and well maintained, it was very clean but I did wake up with a cockroach in the bathroom. But nice property for the price.

We had the pleasure of staying at Midblock Miami for the weekend due to a music festival that was going on in town. There’s plenty of shops around and everything is walking distance from the hotel. Once we got there, check in was made pretty easy and the host made sure to answer all concerns swiftly. There’s only one parking spot but there’s a parking garage that offers overnight parking in case you need another spot. The place also offers plenty of amenities like a gym, pool, and more. One...

Very chill and nice play to stay, I enjoyed the weekend with my friends a lot

Rooms were very clean and comfortable

Extremely friendly staff. Clean inside and out very nice. Would recommend to anyone

Excellent location

It was a very amazing experiance for the price. It was great for being located on the beach. They have pretty much all you need on the premises and gift store. Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing, valet was amazing, the restuarant was amazing. Overall ive found a...

We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to a room mix-up in the system, but overall we had a good stay. The host was very responsive and genuinely tried to make things right. He graciously provided complimentary parking to offset the inconvenience and stayed attentive to all of my requests throughout our stay. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, the mall, restaurants, and coffee shops, which made everything very convenient.
