“I love Ode Properties. They have amazing beds. I was empathetic toward the front desk staff, as she was dealing with an impossible customer, and I had to wait a while to check in, but because we commiserated she upgraded me. "The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more."
