The hotel in general was very boutique with some lovely old features, such as the lift. The situation on the hotel is very convenient for walking into the centre. The service also wasn't very good. When we checked in they said they offered complimentary breakfast (coffee, fruits and pastries) but on the first morning the pastries were all gone and the staff said they were getting more but we had to ask three times for them as there was only one person working at the front desk and she kept getting busy with other things. Finally after 20 minutes she brought out some tiny cold pastries. If you're going to offer that service then provide a good service or none at all because I would rather have just eaten out rather then spend my time waiting for what they eventually offered. The room was also not so great. It felt dark, dingy and outdates.
