“The house was clean; the check in process was a bit wonky, but the host was responsive, when he got reception. while it wasn’t a completely smooth process, the host was very apologetic and willing to work thru the stress of it. I had been enroute for about 15 hours which was part of the stress. We were literally 5 mins away from everything! ”

“Home was exactly as pictured with 2 living areas (main floor and basement bedroom and living room). Hosts were easy to communicate with and quickly responsive to our needs. The residence is on a dead-end street in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. It's very near a park at the start of several hiking trails, additionally has easy access to groceries and the downtown medical center. Perfect place for our daughter to rehab for a couple of weeks.”

“The home was very clean. The bed we slept on was fabulous.! We had all the amenities we needed as two people. And a small dog. We felt comfortable walking our dog around the block. We liked that we could pull up into a driveway. We had all the amenities needed for two people and a non shedding dog. If there were more people staying with us, I would request more bathtowns. Also, the floor was very slippery. Since they just finished oiling the floors That is very understandable.”

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
