“The hotel is located in a rundown area, and the photos don't accurately reflect what you actually get. My daughter did not feel safe staying there, so I asked if we could move to their sister hotel and offered to pay any difference in price. Despite both properties being owned by the same company, they declined to accommodate the request. I found that response disappointing and felt it reflected poor customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.”

“房間乾淨，床單每天都有更新。房間設備齊全，微波爐冰箱都有，暖氣也很溫暖，還有按摩浴缸可以使用。早餐普通，但整天都有供應咖啡與檸檬水。附近餐廳很多，還有一個有機商品店讓我買東西很方便。唯一的缺點是這段時間房價太貴了，是平常的三倍價錢，除此之外整體來講還是不錯的選擇。”

“Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad.”

“Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar……

“The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I……
