"Comfy beds and cool atmosphere. We got the Executive Suite, which our kids loved, and we did, too. We have stayed here before, but never in the suite. It has a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, and it also has a huge hot tub inside the room. Comfy couch and recliner, and lots of room for all our stuff. We slept so good we missed breakfast (which has always been pretty good here). The staff was fantastic, as always."

"Getting into the home was easy, using a code on the keypad of the front or back doors. The home was clean and in perfect order when we arrived. The laundry allowed us to do a load of clothes while we were there. There was a long leash attachment on the back deck for dogs even. The home came with cookware and some amenities like coffee, two blenders, candles for the soaking tub and feminine care products. The jets to the master bathroom tub weren’t working, or we weren’t able to figure out how to start it, but it was still awesome for soaking in!Our families had a great time and the views of the lake from the deck were really nice! We all thought the home was bigger than we expected from the pictures, which was great!"

"Listen—I travel a lot, and this place actually gets it right. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake by IHG is a straight-up 10/10. Rooms? Super nice, clean, and comfortable. The lobby isn’t some awkward pass-through either—it’s got real space to sit, relax, and hang out. And the breakfast? Not your sad little “continental” situation. We’re talking biscuits and gravy, omelets, hot cinnamon rolls… basically everything you’d hope for and then some. But let’s talk about Barbara—because she deserves it. She went above and beyond with her customer service and was an absolute delight to interact with. I called ahead about needing a crib, and she made sure it was already set up in our room when we walked in. No reminders, no hassle, just handled. That level of care stands out. Bottom line: if more hotels ran like this one, travel would be a whole lot better. Stay here."
