“Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value.”

The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests.”

Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great.
