"Super great location. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and everything was perfect. Extra room for family, large space for getting ready, very comfortable, great lighting for pictures. Beds were super comfortable. The only problem would be the main bedroom TV did not work at all. Since we didn’t need that much it was fine. I’m glad we found the property to stay at. The house so many bathrooms that made getting ready for dinner a breeze and the kitchen and dining room was great for game night. And the house was beautiful! The only complaint we had were that there seemed to be an abundance of wasps around the front porch and there was no grill."

"We celebrated our 4oth wedding anniversary with a magical stay at The River Place with our four sons, their wives and our eight grandchildren. This amazing place could not have been more perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and play. We loved hanging out at the river during the day and by the fire pit at night. It was the most relaxing family gathering we have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about The River Place!"

"We all had a great time at Sunset Ridge. We were within a 25 min drive of many great activities. We explored caves, did zip lining, river rafting, and ate great food at Route 66 restaurants. Sunset Ridge was centrally located to all those activities and provided a beautiful and relaxing spot to wind down for the day. Sunsets were beautiful, and the property was quiet and peaceful. Great location!!"

"We were happy with the location and the fact that the property was dog friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and entry to the property was easy. I have one complaint that the air fryer was not cleaned after the last tenant and there were some small repairs to things that needed done."

"Our family loves riverside locations and the Hazel and Oliver cabins did not disappoint. The lovingly restored cabins on the bank of the Meramac were well furnished and ready for a relaxing stay. The beds were amazing, which is always a good thing! We enjoying the well stocked supply of games and our kids aged 2-9 loved the kids toys and playing around the property! "We had a great weekend! 11 people, plenty of room, wonderful views, clean, and has everything you need. Book the barn too, it was worth it! Not too far of a drive to Bass River Resort for a day float or Steelville for anything you may forget. Loved the games and fire pit. We didn’t make it down to the property’s river access but we’ll try that next time."
