“Fantastic pool area, much better than resorts next door. Room was ok, nothing fancy but met all our needs. We were on vacation and didn’t plan on spending much time in the room. Kitchen area was well stocked with all service/cooking-ware needed. Bed was comfortable. Room did have a musty smell upon arrival from a/c unit, I believe, but subsided after a day or so. Overall a great quiet retreat, we will be back. ”

“For a “studio” condo this unit is very roomy. Everything we needed was available upon arrival. The communication for entry and parking was seamless and we experienced no issues. Our favorite spot on the beach was moments away. With the unit at the back side of the building, you will hear the comings and goings of the City trash collection. But if you are an early riser you won’t be affected and it wansn’t enough of an issue to keep me from booking again. ”

Parking is awful. We were afraid to go anywhere in our car for fear we wouldn’t find a parking spot when we returned. My hubby to drive around for about 20 minutes to find a spot when we first arrived. I assumed since the property description limits you to one car that there was reserved parking so that’s……

“This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. ”

“Went with a group of friends for a girls weekend. Property was as expected. Super close to the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Would be a good idea to add a full length/additional mirror as only mirror is located in the bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“We loved this condo. It was in the perfect location for us. Our only complaint would be the bathroom was very outdated and had black mildew on the floor grout and shower knobs which gave the feeling of a dirty bathroom (although I believe the cleaning crew did the best they could ). The rest of the condo was updated, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. The woman working the front desk was so kind and helpful. If we find our way back to this area……
