The rooms could stand to be a little cleaner (bleach the corners of the showers!), but it is a beach resort and you have to expect a bit of sand and salt. Can’t wait to go back next year!"

"Beautiful view, right on the beach, with complementary lounge chairs and umbrellas. Nice pool with outside shower and jacuzzi. Cute little bar with access to food truck order, get the chicken strips with tons of french fries :) The suite was spacious, clean, aestecically coastal with a balcony and kitchenette. "

"Traveled with 2 kids, 5 & 11- they loved it! Great stay with kids- lots of options for pools and the beach and super easy to go between both the rum fish and island grand sites. Restaurants on site were good and the kids loved the s’mores at night and different activities. We upgraded to an ocean view villa when we arrived and glad we did. Room was nice and clean. As many have stated there are cosmetic updates around the resort that are needed but it didn’t detract from our stay- I kinda knew that going in based on reviews we read. Overall would recommend especially if traveling with young kids!"

"I had such a great stay at Carlton House Suites and Motel—this place was perfect! It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and only about a 10-minute drive to the Pass-a-Grille area, which made exploring super easy. There are also so many fun restaurants nearby, so we always had great options. You can absolutely do a day trip to clearwater, treasure island, and Tampa. They are all very close! The room was very clean, and I really appreciated that trash was picked up daily along with fresh towels. The kitchenette was the perfect size and had everything we needed—fridge, sink, and microwave. The flat-screen smart TV was a nice bonus too. Another big plus was the parking—it was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free. One thing I loved most was how quiet the property is—it made for a really relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I can’t wait to get back to St. Pete Beach and stay here again! "
