“After traveling all day i checked in to the hotel. My reservation was paid for 2 weeks in advance but was informed they had no room available for me. I will not be reserving a room at Fairfield again.”

“I lived in this hotel on Jan 13th. Six days has passed. I haven’t received my deposit that is 60 dollars. Please help me check about it. And refund my deposit. ”

“This was a good place to stay for a reasonable price. It was small, but we weren’t planning to be there except at night, and the clean, cool room with comfy beds was what we needed. The drive into Charleston was long with the traffic, but we put up with that since we went into the city in the morning and stayed there all day, and lodging in the city was pricey. Our room and bathroom was a quiet and private part of a house that no one else used but us.”

“Excellent staff, cleanliness was very good. Dislike that there was not more linens in room and there is no bathroom exhaust fan. These are minor issues and they do not outweigh all the other positive qualities. This was a VGC and highly recommend it to other travelers.”

“Always quiet and comfortable”

“I didn’t like how the bed smells of pee, good thing I had my own blankets”

“Everything was perfect. Thank you for accommodating me and my family at short notice. We really appreciate everything ”
