“Clean, bright, great location. Easy and smooth communication.”

“Unit is super cute and spacious for the most part. The bathrooms are very narrow/small but the master bath has a great shower and plenty of counter space. It’s very conveniently located to both downtown and Myers Park area on a quiet tree lined street. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Parking was great. ”

“We had an amazing time walking the city. Amazing food options and beautiful parks downtown Charlotte. Host was very unprofessional when attempted to call with check in issues. Wouldn't stay at this location again because of this.”

“We had a great weekend at this this pet friendly property. It was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect for exploring the area with walking distance nearby restaurants. Our host’s quick, friendly communication made everything easy. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.”

“We highly recommend this fabulous two-bedroom condo. It is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We were pleased and impressed with the thoughtful details that allowed us to spend more time enjoying our trip such as enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in the morning instead of finding a coffee shop or going to the grocery store. “Had a little anxiety checking in after late night flight. But the host was responsive with instructions by text. Room was much better than similar priced hotels and quite clean & comfortable. Lots of kitchen amenities, bath towels, linens. Texted about shaky bar stools that needed legs tightened, but checked out before that was done. Nice loft, would rent again soon.”

“This property was in a beautiful area. The neighborhood is safe and near restaurants and shops. It's definitely a walking town. The apartment was very clean and has a lovely deck that we enjoyed every evening. I highly recommend the National White Water Rafting Center, Optimist Hall for food as well as Noble Smoke for BBQ.”

“I would definitely stay again, very clean and gave a romantic vibe. Love it ! Only suggestion is maybe have more clean white towels in room. The stay was awesome looking forward to staying again”

“Lugar sucio, hice una reservación para un mes y las cobijas que me dieron tenía mucho cabello de personas, también las almohadas, tiene bonita vista pero la limpieza es terrible ”

“Great spot, host was responsive and helpful, would definitely recommend”
