“Lovely room at top, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. Luckily he mentioned it later, and it got sorted and refunded. Would definitely stay there again, beautiful old building, and although a pub was very quiet in our room, ……

“The room was clean and tidy with 2 x single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower. Tea/coffee, although more sugar would have been appreciated. I was late checking in, 11pm, yet the host was there to greet me on arrival. I was also early to leave in the morning so no time for breakfast served from 8am-9am. “Martin and Melanie are lovely hosts. B&B is a short walks from local pubs. The sunday lunch in the George was excellent.
Breakfast around the kitchen table with the other guests was a real treat. As was the various fruits from their garden.
Easy travel to numerous places including Stourhead and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Great hosts highly recommended.”
