“First impressions were good – the ground and first floors were clean and well equipped. The downstairs kitchen has been removed and was being converted to a living space with Murphy bed, which wasn’t quite ready on arrival. While the house appeared generally clean, the oven was dirty and the fridge contained half-used condiments. “Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. “Everything about our stay was great. I would definitely stay there again or recommend the property for anyone looking for a place to stay in the Hamptons. The property seems to have recently been updated and it looks great. My entire group enjoyed their stay. The location is also very convenient.”

“The house is plenty big enough for our family with multiple sleeping options. The outside was a huge addition to our big group with kids. If we ever need to come back to this area, this will be the first place I look for.”

“Overall this place was fine but it felt a bit unfinished in some ways. For example, there are large pieces of art just leaning against the walls, as if they were going to be put up or taken down, but had just been left there. Also, several of the drawers in the kitchen were broken or breaking. Although it looks like they are in the middle of remodeling or replacing some pieces of the kitchen. Beds were OK, although all of the sheets smelled so strongly of scented laundry detergent that is……

“We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions that made everything easy. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again.
