"This is a modern and spacious room. It is everything you want in a room to stay in Tokyo. Its close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Its a safe area where you can walk at anytime of day or night. There is a 7-11 across the street for snacks, drinks and even full meals. The host is great and everything was amazing. "チェックイン前に身分証の提出を求められたが、エクスペディア経由だとメールアドレスがマスクされて大変だった。ホテル側の対応は全て英語で、電話も国内ではない。 部屋ではエアコンから異音がして、全然効かなかった。自動清掃機能付きのエアコンだったが、フィルターに埃がびっしり詰まっていた。チェックインの翌朝に清掃の方に掃除機がないか声をかけたが、日本語分からないと言われ対応してもらえななかった。仕方なく風呂場で埃を払うと、驚くほど改善した。 洗濯機のフィルターも目詰まりしていた。 設備は新しいが、細かいところの清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。"

"Location close to the airport bus which is a plus especially when you had multiple large luggage that you don’t have to go up and down to catch the train finding an elevator and riding on a crowded train. Easy access to the JR station. The room is small and is difficult to open up two luggage at the same time if you do not have the open top luggage type. The hotel entrance is hard to find and the lobby is on the 4th floor which has no clear sign as you walk into the building."
