“For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too. There were no cushions on the chairs in the private outdoor area of our bungalow, so we couldn't use them. One morning we ordered room service for breakfast. We were told it would be……

"The hotel is very close to Universal Studios Hollywood, and it is only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the studio, which runs every 15 minutes, which is very convenient! The hotel facilities are very good, and there is also a swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun! The restaurant is open for a long time, from 6 am to 11:30 pm. If you are tired the day before, you don’t have to get up early to eat. I like this very much.
