“We celebrated my 50th birthday at this house and it was the most amazing experience! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect and the lake was awesome! We had some difficulty having communication with the property management, but through it all it all worked out and they were very accommodating. I couldn’t ask for a better situation for my friends and family to celebrate my 50th!!!!”

“This "Lovely private suite" is ANYTHING BUT a "serene space." I left without staying it was disgusting and I did NOT feel safe. Accessing the room, I walked along the side of the house: screen off the window, empty small propane bottle on the ground, broken fence exposing to the neighbor's yard, open bag of fertilizer, stained gross patio chair and concrete. Entering the room, I scraped my leg on the rusty bed frame that was sticking out. I tried just to tuck it back but then it stuck out……

“Lovely property with great gathering spaces for large families. Only negative was that there was no mirror in the third bathroom and the two bedrooms that used that bathroom. Otherwise great space with nice backyard as well. Communication with host was easy and responded quickly. We will use again next time we all gather in Bakersfield.”

However, everyone except me and My Son came down with Covid a few days before the day so it was just the two of us watching Super Bowl but it was fantastic very clean. well stocked I was disappointed that they didn’t tell me it was a duplex. I thought it was the whole house so parking was an issue”

“I recently stayed in a 1 bed, 1 bath rental in Bakersfield and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it. Upon arrival, I was greeted with coffee, snacks, and water, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was smooth and secure, thanks to the fire code system in place. It has so much offered, from the welcome basket, to the free amenities like coffee and the variety of teas, to the cozy bed, this is seriously one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long while.
