The not allowed me to switch n they told me they don’t have anyone to clean the room. I just walked in the room for less than 3 minutes. Just coz I wash my hand they not allow me to switch the room . When I book the hotel. I don’t know that room was for handicap. I’m really picky about that . The room smells. I don’t like . So they told me I have to pay for the full price if I have to switch to different room. They not gonna refund me the room I just paid . The staff was very friendly nice breakfast area right in the middle of everything next to the big Bear Café.
