"This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go ..."

"The hotel offers very spacious rooms for a good rate. The Publix Supermarket right next to the hotel offered all the items I needed, and there is a nice shopping mall across the street with many food places. I will consider this hotel again when I am in the Tampa region again."
